Describe the person you are most interested in meeting?
I am interested in a man who wants to be my life partner. This for me means that he is someone who supports me in the fulfillment of my dreams and projects, and with whom I can build new projects as a family. A man who is respectful of my ideas, opinions and decisions, kind in his behavior and with high family values. Also, someone who likes to travel and who enjoys getting to know new places and cultures. Someone intelligent and with a good cultural level with whom I can talk about different topics.

How might others best describe you?
I think I would be like someone who cares about everyone and does everything in my power to make the people around me feel good and I help and support them in meeting their goals and whatever problems they may have.

If you could choose the ideal friend, what would they be like?
A free and loyal person. For me, this means someone who is there when I need him to listen to me or help me if I need help, but also someone who has his own life and therefore understands and respects my own space. And most importantly, a good travel companion.

Which virtues give you most of your self-confidence?
My determination. I deeply believe in myself and in my ability to work to achieve my dreams and carry out projects.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I think I should improve my discipline. I am easily distracted when I'm doing something that doesn't deeply motivate me.

Addictions (To substances, to work, to relationships, to beliefs).

What would you like to do that you haven't done?
On a personal level, getting married and parachuting. Additionally, there is a long list of places I want to visit. Professionally, I want to have my own cafe or pastry boutique.

What do you do to stay in shape?
I eat a balanced diet and take long walks several times a week.

What type of work do you do and do you enjoy it?
At the moment I am an independent confectioner and I have my own confectionery brand that I started in 2020. I love my job, I am an engineer and for 15 years I worked in companies in different areas, but I always had the dream of setting up my own business in the area of gastronomy because it is my passion. In 2019 I definitively started the professional reconversion project and I am currently working on growing my brand.

Is religion a part of your life?
It is not part of my life. I consider myself an atheist, but very respectful of any religious belief or ideology; however, I prefer that people around me with strong religious ideas respect me and not try to convince me to join any cult.

What is your favorite outdoor activity?
Walk. I love touring the cities or the countryside, seeing landscapes and buildings. Especially if they are places or cities that I have never seen before.

What is your favorite indoor activity?
Restaurants. I am currently a cook by hobby and profession; Therefore, the best plan for me will always be to go out to eat at a restaurant and have an interesting conversation.

What is your favorite type of music?
I'm not especially a music lover, there are simply songs that I like or not, which is often independent of the genre; but I really like glam rock and the music of the 80s, rock, ballads and pop.

What type of food do you enjoy the most?
It is difficult because I am a fan of gastronomy so my tastes are quite varied, but there must definitely be dessert!

What types of movies do you like best?
I would say that the drama since I like the films in which I can feel identified with the situation of the characters in it. I mean, I don't really like science fiction or fantasy (they bore me), and I like movies that make me think. My favorite director is Woody Allen.

Final comments:
In addition to Spanish, I speak English quite fluently and French a little less, but I do well in any of the 3 languages (Between 2019 and 2020 I lived 1 year in France where I studied cooking and pastry). My aspiration at this time is to be able to shape my professional reconversion project (I am also an engineer, but now I am dedicated to baking) that I started in 2019 and that is allowing me to make my passion a way of life. Additionally, I want to start a family and continue to know what the wide world has so much to offer.
