I train in the gym with strong bodybuilding routines from Monday to Friday, my diet is based on sports, so I take good care of my diet, while still enjoying the pleasures of food and also some enjoyable weekend like things outside of my diet. I have been in the world of sports for 9 years. Sport and healthy life, it is for my life.

I study German from Monday to Friday in the mornings, in the afternoons I do my training and then I work with my clients in the gym (I am Personal Training).

I live alone.
