I think one of the habits that I dislike the most is the fact that most people commit and is interrupting in the middle of a conversation just to make jokes or say things that are not relevant.

Eat healthy, fruit salads, exercise and practice sports.

I am a preschool teacher. I enjoy living the experience of seeing each stage of the children, their experiences, anecdotes of our child, the mere fact of watching them play and smile fills me very satisfactorily and the fact of teaching them not only school activities but values fills me much more because I contribute more every day to a good education in values because at home you can hardly see it anymore.
