Drink plenty of water, walk a lot, eat small portions at night and eat foods rich in fiber, sometimes I go to the gym.

I am coast regional sales manager of a company in the paper industry, I love the commercial area it gives me the opportunity to meet and interact with people, learn new skills, allows me to have a very active and energetic life. I intend to do a training course in English language I fully enjoy what I do every day, I meet my goals and business challenges for the company I work for. I am in commanded of the office where I work.

I love going to the beach to watch the sunset or take ecological walks very early in the morning.

I have an American visa, my short-term goals are to continue working, take tennis lessons. My aspirations is to start a serious relationship with a person who so desires and who also has clear and defined project.
