I exercise 5-6 times a week, I supplement, I eat very healthy in the week and sometimes I resort to aesthetic aids to optimize the results of the exercise.

I also have many favorite pastimes for closed places; go to clubs, go to a good restaurants to enjoy a delicious meal, go to the gym, go to the movies or theater plays and I also like to go to concerts. I can also stay at home resting and enjoying a good movie or series.
