Syzygium paniculatum

An ornamental tree cultivated between 4,500 and 9,000 feet. I have not seen this fruit marketed in Colombia where it is called Cereza Magenta. The fruit can be eaten off the tree and has a sour apple taste. Photographed in Bogotá.
