Sambucus-nigra
Sambucus nigra (European Elderberry)

A small ornamental tree common in and around Bogotá with a habitat between 2,300 and 9,000 feet. I have not seen the elderberry fruit marketed in Colombia. To a lesser extent Sambucus canadensis is also used as an ornamental plant with edible berries in Colombia. Photographed in Bogotá and the department of Quindio.
