Acca sellowiana (Feijoa or Pineapple Guava). While native to the cooler regions of Colombia, the green fruit is not very common. It is called Freijoa in Colombia where the guava-like pulp is usually eaten using your mouth or spoon. Like many of the delicious exotic tropical fruits listed here, it is not well known outside of the tropics. For some of the fruits, the reason is shipping and handling and storage difficulties for others, I have no idea why they are not more popular outside of their growing regions.
